Planning stage · Not open for registrationThoughtful talks and interactive workshops for adults, community groups, churches, and organizations navigating change, disconnection, and new beginnings.

Why do we sometimes feel disconnected from ourselves, our relationships, and the direction of our lives?
Stress, major changes, disappointments, and uncertainty can leave us feeling stuck. This presentation explores the experience of disconnection through practical reflection, insights from psychology, and an accessible introduction to the 4R Framework.
The purpose is not to diagnose anyone or promise a quick solution. It's to open a thoughtful conversation about recognizing disruption and considering a way forward.
