How we handle information you choose to share

We collect only the information you choose to send through our inquiry and coaching forms. Please do not submit medical histories, diagnoses, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information.

Happy Jackalope Enterprises, LLC (“HJE,” “we,” “us”) operates happyjackalopeent.com and offers information about coaching, speaking, training, consulting, publishing, and related activities. Contact: info@happyjackalopeent.com.

What information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, inquiry topic, message, and—if you choose to apply for coaching—your stated goals, challenges, preferred support format, and timing. Our hosting provider may automatically process technical information needed to serve the website and protect it from abuse, such as IP address and request logs.

How we use information

We use submissions to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential coaching fit, arrange requested services, maintain business correspondence, and protect the site against spam or misuse. We do not sell inquiry or application information.

Service providers and data transfers

The site is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are designed to use Cloudflare processing and the Resend email delivery service to send messages to our Zoho Mail business inbox. These providers may process information as necessary to deliver and secure those services, subject to their own policies. This describes our intended production setup; it must be checked against the services actually enabled at launch.

Storage and retention

Form messages will be retained in our business email and related business records for as long as reasonably needed for correspondence, service administration, legitimate business purposes, and applicable legal obligations. We have not yet established a fixed deletion schedule. You may request deletion of inquiry information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently plan to use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising tracking on this site. Cloudflare and any enabled security tools may use essential technical mechanisms. If we add analytics, marketing cookies, payment tools, or other tracking, we will review and update this notice and implement applicable choices.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of the inquiry information we hold about you by writing to info@happyjackalopeent.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain records when law or legitimate business needs require it. Applicable rights vary by location.

Security

We use service providers and reasonable safeguards intended to reduce risk, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send confidential health, financial, or emergency information through website forms.

Children

Coaching inquiries and applications are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Please do not submit information about minors through these forms.
