Coaching is not therapy

Happy Jackalope Coaching provides educational and developmental support, reflection, goal setting, and accountability. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or crisis response and is not a substitute for licensed professional services.

The 4R Framework

Resolution, Recovery, Restoration, and Reconciliation are the stages of HJE's own coaching and restorative discipleship framework. This model is not represented as a clinically validated therapy or a treatment for medical or mental-health conditions. Personal growth is individual, and the framework does not guarantee any outcome.

Faith and personal choice

Some services and presentations may include Christian faith-informed perspectives when appropriate and requested. Other services can be delivered in a general, nonreligious format. Inquiry does not require a religious commitment.

Results and financial statements

Examples, presentations, experiences, and educational content are not promises of financial, relational, spiritual, or personal results. Individual outcomes depend on many circumstances. Any client testimonials published in the future will reflect individual experiences rather than typical or guaranteed results.

Emergencies and sensitive information

Website forms are not monitored for urgent concerns. If you are facing an immediate emergency, seek appropriate local emergency assistance. Do not submit confidential medical details or crisis disclosures through these forms.

Separate agreements

Specific program terms, confidentiality practices and limits, schedules, payment and cancellation policies will be explained in separate service agreements before an engagement begins.
